Our History

Our family is deeply rooted in the agricultural sector, and our company is located in Fabrica di Roma, in the province of Viterbo, a town that extends at the foot of the Cimini Mountains between 250 and 400 meters above sea level.

Managed entirely by members of our family, without the intervention of external personnel, the mill represents our pride and our strength.

The olives are harvested at the ideal moment of ripeness to preserve the integrity and freshness of the fruit and then processed immediately to keep the organoleptic properties and the intensity of the flavor of our extra virgin olive oil intact. The varieties we grow include some of the most prized, such as Frantoio, Leccino, Canino and the ancient Olivella cultivars, guaranteeing an oil with an authentic and rich flavor.

The transformation process begins with careful monitoring, followed by washing and defoliation, and then proceeds to the final separator, from which the pure oil is stored in stainless steel containers, ready for direct sale to the consumer, maintaining the genuine taste of the past without filtration.

Our “yellow gold” stands out for its very low acidity and versatility: ideal to enjoy raw, to flavor dishes and prepare bruschetta, a few drops are enough to enhance any dish.

Direct sales are available both at our mill, for a personal and authentic encounter, and finally online, where we start with an excellent product and will soon add other fine selections to offer different choices and reach every table.
